  • The Interaction History module offers a ton of valuable information about every customer conversation. But, it is natural for companies to prioritize some information over others. 

    Flexible columns allow you to show/hide specific columns in the Interaction History screen. 

    Accessing the Flexible Columns feature

    • Navigate to the Interaction history screen and click on the columns icon present on the top right corner of the interaction history table. 
    • You will see the list of columns present on the screen and a toggle next to them. You can enable or disable the toggle to show/hide a specific column. 
    • Click on Set as Default for the changes to take effect.
