Level AI is a Mountain View, CA based startup disrupting the conversational AI space. We are innovating in speech AI, NLU, information retrieval systems, and full-stack technologies to bring customers and businesses closer to one another.

We are growing fast, and looking to hire someone who can help execute on our marketing vision and make a splash in the market. This is a ground floor opportunity to join a cutting-edge tech startup backed by top VCs, technologists from Silicon Valley and industry experts. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategies and programs to increase awareness of Level AI, power our team to acquire customers, and help us expand our footprint amongst our Enterprise customer base. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing, and works closely with the executive team to define growth strategies and shape Level AI’s position within the market.

  • Build awareness of Level AI by developing, executing, measuring, and scaling marketing programs and campaigns
  • Manage paid search, email marketing campaigns, webinars and social media to promote understanding and adoption of our products
  • Perform market and customer analyses to identify growth drivers, new emerging channels, optimization opportunities, and ways to accelerate growth
  • Support field marketing efforts such as tradeshows, customer events and other sponsorship opportunities to build brand recognition and sales pipeline
  • Report and analyze performance and KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are reaching revenue targets 


  • 3+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience (in an early-stage startup environment is a plus)
  • Experience generating demand with modern growth strategies such as SEM, SEO, and social ads 
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficient with marketing automation solutions (ideally HubSpot)
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical product teams
  • You are not afraid to make mistakes and share your learnings with others
