B2B Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a B2B Performance Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our B2B digital marketing campaigns across our paid digital channels (mainly SEM and paid social).

Responsibilities

  • The B2B Performance Marketing Manager will manage a small budget across paid search and paid social channels and generate leads and pipeline for the sales and business development teams.
  • Create, manage and strategically optimize paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Select and continuously optimize not only audience, keyword, and campaign types, but also, copy, creative, and landing pages.
  • Lead and measure performance across an evergreen portfolio of paid channels.
  • Build ad hoc strategic campaigns with separate goals and budgets to support overall marketing team goals
  • Work closely with product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation teams to understand the GTM strategy and align on messaging, brand, and lead gen goals
  • Articulate strategies, and tactics to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field with a quantitative and technical focus
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for a B2B brand
  • Deep technical skills: well-versed in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and skilled at setting up campaign tracking across platforms.
  • Current and deep hands-on skills with the latest ad features in Google Ads, including Responsive Search Ads and Dynamic Search Ads
  • Performance focused, data-driven, and analytical.
  • In-depth expertise in SEM  B2B tactics
