Event Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic event manager who likes to put a good show. You will be in charge of coordinating our attendance to conferences and tradeshows across the US as well as our own in-house events. 

Level AI (https://thelevel.ai/) is a Mountain View based startup. We are on a mission to redefine the customer service industry by putting the latest AI/ML advances in the hands of customer care agents so they can solve any customer issues at record speed, creating both happier customers and agents. 

Help us in our quest to equip call centers with cutting-edge technologies so that they can put the human back into the customer care experience.


  • Support planning and execution of our participation at tradeshows and conferences.
  • Project manage tightly,  working back schedules, creating timelines, assigning due dates.
  • Lead pre-event planning meetings and keep everyone and everything on track.
  • Manage the logistics on shipping booth, swag, and other equipment and supply on time.
  • Track expenses.
  • Update our CRM to track event attendees.
  • For our own in-house events: come up with creative ideas,  book venues, manage registrations.
  • Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, speaker management, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, and registration.

Skills & Requirements

  • Extremely organizedGreat communication skills
  • Event management or executive assistant experience a plus
  • Willing and able to come to Mountain View once and a while ( eg. check on  swag inventory, or  trade how equipment) a plus.
