Sales Development Representative

Level is a Series B funded Mountain View, CA-based startup innovating in the Voice AI space. We are backed by top VCs, technologists from Silicon Valley, and industry experts. We are on a mission to revolutionize the customer sales experience for businesses. We are innovating in speech AI, NLP/NLU, and information retrieval systems to bring customers and businesses closer to one another.

We’re an AI-powered customer service intelligence platform designed to improve the customer experience in companies of all sizes. Level AI’s semantic engine analyzes all the support conversations in a contact center and delivers enterprise-wide insights to improve Quality assurance and agent performance.

Level AI is being built by an amazing team from Amazon, Facebook, and other pathbreaking tech companies. We’re recently funded by Battery ventures and are looking to expand rapidly. Responsibilities –

  • Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and understanding the market. Do rigorous research on companies, and build an effective sales pipeline.
  • Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting.
  • Be the face of Level AI and pitch the company and our products to the prospects.
  • Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.
  • Starting and establishing exciting new relationships, opportunities, and meetings with prospective customers
  • Qualifying new opportunities and handling complex objections
  • Creating significant outbound activity via targeted cold-calling and emailing
  • Always improve your approach by using data-driven solutions to track your results.

Requirements –

  • 1- 4 years of work experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales/Business development role
  • Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Level AI’s suite of products.
  • Excellent cold calling and emailing abilities.
  • Interest in learning about our client’s market and the enterprise sales process.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
  • Thrives on helping customers solve their problems.
