Senior Product Manager – Platform

Level AI is a Mountain View, CA-based startup innovating in the Voice AI space. We are backed by top VCs, technologists from Silicon Valley and industry experts. We are on a mission to revolutionize the customer sales experience for businesses. We are innovating in speech AI, NLP and information retrieval systems to bring customers and businesses closer to one another. As one of the critical members of the Level team your work will be new and of the highest impact to shape the future of AI in businesses. You will directly work with a team of experienced technologists to identify and solve a new set of problems. The team has experience from Amazon Alexa, Google, and other leading AI organizations. You will have the freedom to pave a new path to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities :

  • Build 5-year roadmap and product vision for Level platforms aligning with the overall company’s financials and mission.
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize new features based on business and customer impact through data analysis, cost benefit analysis and customer research.
  • Drive product execution and implementation by coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage product milestones, budget, and timeline and prioritize roadmap scope based on key deliverables.
  •  Execute product planning and development including customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements, and ownership of product positioning.
  • Drive product launches to meet release goals and ensure cross-functional teams have appropriate understanding, are aligned, are prepared, and plans in place to execute and monitor outcomes.
  • Build a go-to-market strategy for a new product/Feature launch to deliver results that ensure the customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow product adoption, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Oversee the product throughout its life cycle, including ideation, prototyping, customer research, design, launch, iteration, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering on continuously improving software delivery best practices, Including helping the team make tradeoffs based on customer requirements, QA/testing of the product.
  • Critically assess emerging technologies and analyze technology constraints and requirements to perform risk assessment and build risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, MIS, or a related field; preferably an MBA from esteemed university
  • At least 6 years of experience in product management At least 3 years of product management experience in enterprise/SaaS – based technology.
  • Experience in developing, defining, managing, and executing new products in a fast-paced environment would be a plusExperience defining customer requirements in big data, data analytics, or related technologies
  • Detail, organizational, and project management skillsFamiliarity with Contact Center or Video Content platforms or both is a plus.
