When we launched the Level AI CX Advisory Board a couple of months ago, the goal was simple: create a forum where senior operators responsible for AI inside large enterprises could share what's working, challenge conventional thinking, and help shape how the industry builds, measures, and scales it.
Today, we're excited to welcome our second member, Shane Abeyratne, Senior Vice President at Cardinal Health.
Shane leads a global organization responsible for enterprise service delivery, operational excellence, transformation, and value creation at one of the largest healthcare companies in the world. His remit spans customer, employee, and financial services, three functions that most organizations run separately, but that increasingly draw on the same technologies and face the same operational questions as AI moves from pilot to production. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience building and scaling global organizations across healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services, and serves on the APEX GBS Standards Committee, an industry body advancing standards for the global business services profession. He also contributes to his local community through service on the Board of Goodwill Columbus.
Shane's perspective adds something the Board hasn't had yet: a cross-functional vantage point on how AI gets deployed across the enterprise. When AI moves beyond a single contact center, the hardest questions are rarely about any one function. They're about how customer, employee, and finance operations share the same models, draw on the same data, and account for the same outcomes. Shane runs that kind of integration every day, and we're glad to have his thinking in the room.
Over the next two quarters, we'll continue to expand the Board, with a focus on senior technology and CX leaders at Fortune 500 organizations in industries where AI deployment is especially complex.
I'm excited to see where these conversations lead with Shane in the room, and about what the Board will produce as it grows.
