We start before the conference
All week at Las Vegas Airport.
Land at Harry Reid International and you'll know Level AI is here. We're running an out-of-home campaign across the airport, so before you've picked up your badge or found your hotel, you'll have already seen what we're bringing to Vegas for the week. Consider it a warm welcome, and a preview of what's ahead.
Start every morning with Level AI coffee
All week at CCW coffee stations.
Every cup of coffee served at CCW is brought to you by Level AI, and is important to us — so please continue to hold. Wherever you grab your morning (or afternoon) coffee, you're carrying us with you. Snap a photo and tag us on LinkedIn.

Workshop: Meet the team behind your team
Tuesday, June 23 | 9:00–10:30 AM | Workshop Room E, Caesars Forum

This is our flagship session of the week, and it's built differently than a typical conference presentation. Level AI CEO and founder Ashish Nagar and CX Executive in Residence Rob Dwyer are hosting a 90-minute working session for 200 attendees — with round tables, Level AI team members distributed throughout the room, and a format designed for active discussion.
The session opens with Ashish establishing the core operational thesis: CX organizations have spent the last decade investing in the customer-facing layer — bots, deflection, self-service — while the people behind those interactions, coaches, QA leads, and analysts, are still running workflows that haven't changed in five years. The data bears this out. A VOC report takes approximately 2 weeks to survey and 3 days to produce. A supervisor managing 15 agents faces roughly 3,000 interactions per week. Manual coaching prep covers a fraction of those interactions.
AI Workers are the answer Level AI has built. They're purpose-built agents for specific CX roles — a Coach that produces personalized development plans from real interaction data, a QA Specialist that audits every conversation rather than a 3 percent sample, a VoC Analyst that produces research-grade reports in hours. Each one is built on the same connected intelligence layer: transcripts, CRM data, QA scores, and AI-enriched metadata, unified from day one.
Corinne Flanagan from Smartsheet will share what changed operationally when her team moved from manual workflows to AI Workers — in her own words, not a slide summary. Then Ashish will build and run an AI Worker live on stage, using a real question crowdsourced from the room. Attendees will watch the Worker process, interrogate the output, and see what a follow-up query returns in real time.
The session closes with a customer panel featuring practitioners from Dick's Sporting Goods, LiveOps, and a Global Entertainment Company, facilitated by Rob. They'll cover what operational change AI has actually driven in their contact centers, what drove internal buy-in, and what one metric moved leadership.
Seats are open to all CCW attendees. Come ready to participate — the round tables are intentional.
The Linq Pool Cabana: Meetings without the convention center
Tuesday, June 23 | 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Wednesday, June 24 | 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

After the workshop wraps Tuesday morning, we'll be at the LINQ Pool Cabana for two full days. We've taken over the rec room for an open, relaxed setting to chat with our team. If you want to go deeper on what you saw in the workshop, book a time with us there. If you'd rather just network and enjoy some Vegas sunshine, that's the right place for it too.
Booth 145: Live demos, swag giveaways, and professional headshots
We're on the CCW Expo floor at Booth 145 for both days of the expo, and there are two reasons to make the trip.
The first is the demo. Our team will be running live walkthroughs of the Level AI platform throughout both days. See how our VA stands out from the rest by testing it live. Learn firsthand how our proprietary language models power higher customer satisfaction, stronger intent matching and business insights derived from 100 percent of customer data sources. Hear how Purple scaled from partial checks to 100% QA coverage across all voice channel conversations over 2 minutes, or how the team at Via has saved over $365K in operational costs across their contact centers.
The second reason: we have a professional headshot studio at the booth, and it's complimentary. A photographer on site, proper lighting, a clean backdrop — the kind of setup that produces a headshot you'll actually use. Walk in, get your photo taken, and leave with a current LinkedIn photo that doesn't look like it was taken at a happy hour three years ago. No appointment needed. No catch.
The third? Get your hands on exclusive Level AI hats and collectable swag items.
Level AI VIP Dinner at Joe's Seafood
Wednesday, June 24 | 6:30–8:30 PM | The Shoppes at Caesar’s Forum
Wednesday evening, we're hosting an invite-only dinner at Joe's Seafood. This is a small, private dinner for a select group of CX leaders. If you've received an invitation, we'll see you there. If you haven't and want to be considered, reach out to our team before the event.
Find our team at the Five9 partner-powered reception
Wednesday, June 24 | 6:00 PM | Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen and Bar, The LINQ
Earlier Wednesday evening, you'll find members of the Level AI partner team at the Five9 Partner Powered "All-In" Reception at Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen and Bar. If you're attending, come find us — it's a good room.
Book a meeting
If you want dedicated time with the Level AI team at CCW, don't leave it to chance. Book a 1:1 meeting at Booth 145 in advance and we'll set aside time specifically for your questions, your workflow, and your team's situation.
