CCW Las Vegas is the largest customer contact event in North America, drawing thousands of CX and contact center leaders across four days of programming, expo floor activations, and networking. We’ll be on the expo show floor at booth 145 running product demos throughout the day, taking 1:1 meetings and handing out epic swag. But we won’t just be on the expo floor:Beyond the booth, Level AI is leading a Workshop session on Tuesday, June 23 from 9:00–10:30 AM. The workshop format is hands-on and participatory - attendees work through real problems in small groups, with structured discussion and activities designed to produce takeaways they can apply directly to their contact center operations.We'll also be co-hosting the Five9 Partner Powered Reception on Wednesday evening , with more details below.And there’s more!
