- Misclassification of some conversations becomes a regular occurrence. For example, a customer misunderstanding an agent and saying, “You want me to change my password?” with the agent replying, “No, I said ‘please, give me a moment while I log back onto my desktop’” might be misclassified by a rule-based system due to its inability to properly understand context, when in fact it was just a miscommunication.
